The lastest update on final semester rentals for 2020

We understand this is a difficult time for all our students whether you have already returned home or are still staying with us. We are working very hard to continue to support you in the best ways we can.

If you are still in your student accommodation, please continue to follow the latest Government advice  https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus

DeptEd-Corornavirus advice

Derwent Students are a managing agent and act on behalf of a number of different building owners and universities. At present, the halls remain open and are available to live in, we are aware that both building owners and universities are in discussions with the relevant government departments and await official guidance, currently the cancellation policy remains the same, discussions continue to be held to see if any changes can be implemented to support students at this difficult time. Please keep checking our website for any further updates.
